About The Head è un progetto sperimentale del collettivo artistico Crackerjack, alla ricerca un nuovo concetto di performance musicale live.
L'intero spettacolo - della durata di circa 40 minuti - viene eseguito con strumenti acustici intorno a una testa artificiale (dummy head) costruita per catturare il suono e riprodurlo in cuffia esattamente come viene percepito dall'orecchio umano.
L'impressione per ciascuno spettatore è di trovarsi al centro del palco, totalmente immerso nella musica.

About The Head is an experimental project conceived and run by the Crackerjack collective, aiming to create a totally new concept of live music performance.
The entire show - lasting about 40 minutes - is performed with acoustic instruments around a dummy head built to capture the sound and reproduce it through headphones just as it is perceived by the human ear.
The resulting impression for every single listener is to be sitting in the centre of the stage, totally immersed into the music.
